Leicester is the big surprise of Premier League standings till now. They are standing just 3 points from the top. They have a very good attacking line as they have scored 23 goals, just 3 less than Manchester City. Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez are Premier League Top Scorers and key players of the team. Leicester is very strong in finishing their scoring chances but very poor when defending set pieces. That’s why they have conceded 19 goals till now although many of them were in particular game (5 against Arsenal). Leicester has only one defeat till now and this proves that they fight hard every match they play.
What happens in the middle of Barclays Premier League table
Manchester United stand at the fourth position of the English Premier League table but they are not in a good form as their fans were expecting. They have one of the best defenses till now, having conceded only 8 goals. The problem is in the attacking line where goal does not come easily. They have scored 15 goals (same as Norwich who stand in the 16th position of the table) and scoring is something that they have to improve for sure. Anthony Martial and Juan Mata are the key players of the team but there is not enough help from Wayne Rooney. The good think for the team is that they can protect the lead as the team includes many experienced players.
Middle teams
Tottenham has one of the best defenses in Premier League. They have only defeated once and this happpened in the first match of the season against Manchester United. They are very strong in creating scoring chances but they need to be more careful when they attack in order to avoid offside. Harry Cane is the key man of Tottenham. Whenever he plays well, Tottenham wins and most of the times easily. Team seems to be in good form and the only think that they have to focus is the big number of games the team has to play for UEFA Europa League too.
West Ham has managed to be just 5 points from the top of the Barclays Premier League table. Although they have won the brand names of Premier League (Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea) they have also lost from clubs that are not bigger than them (Leicester, Bournemouth and Watford). Their performances till now are not bad but they have to be very serious in all matches. Dimitri Payet along with Cheikhou Kouyate are the key players of the team till now. The team is very strong in finishing their scoring chances but they have to avoid individual errors. If they keep scoring they have a lot of chances to be in the top 5 teams in Premier League.
Historical teams in the middle of Barclays Premier League table
Southampton began the season having only 2 points after 3 matches but they managed to improve their Barclays Premier League results and now they stand just below the top 5 teams of the table. The crazy statistic about Southampton is that they remain undefeated when playing away. They have 1 win and 4 draws. Their 2 defeats were at home against Everton and Manchester United. Graziano Pelle and Dusan Tadic are the most important players for the team. Southampton are very strong in aerial duels but very poor when defending counter attacks. They must be more careful when playing at home and try to protect the lead when they score first.
Liverpool seems to be in their worst form ever. They score with great difficulty and they do many mistakes when the team has the possession of the ball. Christian Benteke is trying to keep the team in the upper positions of the Barclays Premier League table but this is not enough. Klopp came to change the bad situation in the club but this will not be done in days or even weeks. Everton have great difficulty to win any of the top 5 teams in Premier League standings. This happens every year with few exceptions. They lost against Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United. They did not manage to win even Watford or Swansea, so they must be happy with their position till now. Romelu Lukaku and Arouna Kone are the key players for Everton till now. The good think about Everton is that they can protect the lead. The bad think is that they cannot stop their opponents from creating chances and that they are very weak in aerial duels. Team’s form is normal in my opinion.
Crystal Palace stand in the middle of the Barclays Premier League table and this is something not bad for the team. They have avoided relegation problems until now and they can attend the future more optimistically. Crystal Palace have the same number of wins and defeats (five) but their problem is scoring. They have failed to score in 4 of their matches till now. On the other hand they have kept the clean sheet only in 3 games. Yohan Cabaye is the “heart” of Crystal Palace and he is supported in some matches by Bakary Sako. The team is very weak when defending against skillful players.
Championship teams in the middle of Premier League table
Watford started the season with only 3 points after 4 matches but they improved after that. They lost against Manchester City and Arsenal (which is normal) but lost also against Crystal Palace, a match that they could have done better. Odion Ighalo is the only one who scores steadily in the team and one of the Barclays Premier League top scorers. He has scored 7 of the total 10 goals of his team. Watford mostly play with the same 11 players with few changes. They attack through the middle and down the left and mostly play the offside trap. West Bromwich Albion stands in the 12th position of the table, 7 points above the relegation zone. They have poor attacking line with only 10 goals and it is remarkable that they have scored more than once only in 3 matches. Rondon, Berahino and Morrison are doing the hard work for West Brom. The team has big problem in keeping the possession of the ball and protecting the lead. They play with width and they are very good in aerial duels. They must focus in finishing their scoring chances. Future will be hard for the team as they face Manchester United and Arsenal in their next 2 matches in Premier League.
Swansea has failed to win in 6 of their last 7 matches in Premier League. Having only 3 wins after 11 matches is not a satisfying review. Team will fight to stay in Premier League until the end of the season. They have kept a clean sheet only in 2 of these 11 games although most of the times they lose to one goal difference. Andre Ayew and Bafetimbi Gomis are holding the dreams of Swansea for something good in the future. The team is very weak in avoiding offside and avoiding fouling in dangerous areas. They need some wins to get better psychology for the upcoming matches.
Championship teams in Premier League table
Stoke City had only collected 3 points after their first 6 matches which a terrible start. The team’s problem is scoring. They have scored 9 goals in the first 11 matches and only 3 wins in total. All of the wins were with one goal difference which shows the big difficulty for the team to score. M.B. Diouf and Marko Arnautovic are the hope for something better for Stoke City. The team is very weak in avoiding offside and stopping their opponents from creating chances. I believe that they will fight hard to stay in Premier League next season. They have to try harder in finishing their chances as they have scored the fewest goals along with Aston Villa who stand at the bottom of the Barclays Premier League table.
Chelsea is in the worst condition of the last years even with Mourinho at their bench. The top team in Premium League table 2014 2015 has conceded 22 goals in 11 matches and that means exactly 2 goals per match on average. They have big problem when defending against attacks down the wings and they seem unable to stop their opponents from creating chances for goal. All big well-paid players are below their standards and this is the explanation for the poor position of Chelsea this season. If this situation continues until Christmas Mourinho and some big names in the team must think of their future far away from London.

The team play with short passes and players take long shots. Callum Wilson is what i can pick from the roster of Bournemouth. They have failed to keep the clean sheet in 10 of their 11 matches in the Premier League. I believe that unfortunately Bournemouth will not avoid relegation.
Lower positions in premier league
Newcastle United stand in the 18th position of the Barclays Premier League table and of course in the relegation zone. They have managed to win only once in these 11 matches until now and of course they could expect something more than this poor position. Newcastle has failed to score in 6 of these 11 matches and they have conceded 22 goals till now which means 2 goals per match on average. Team is very weak in defending against long shots and in aerial duels. Georginio Wijnaldum is the only one who tries enough and he has managed to score half of his team’s goals this season. The upcoming matches are not that difficult for the historic team and wins are one-way road for Newcastle.

Sunderland stands in the relegation zone and i cannot see a way for the team to stay in Premier League. They have only won once after 11 matches and this win was against Newcastle who is also in the relegation zone. The team has lost 7 matches, one less than Aston Villa which stands at the bottom of the English Premier League standings. Sunderland’s players are usually fouling in dangerous areas and they have huge problem when defending. They are shooting from direct free kicks and these chances are few. Steven Fletcher and Jermain Defoe are the two players who fight hard to keep Sunderland alive.
Aston Villa is in their worst condition ever as they have only won once till now. They won Bournemouth in the first match of the season and from then they have failed to win. The team has serious problem when defending against through ball attacks and to protect the lead. Aston Villa plays mostly with width and the coach does many changes to the starting eleven every time. Rudy Gestede and Jordan Ayew are doing their best but this is not enough. Aston Villa has to focus in the defending style. The team will have problem until the end of the season and will fight hard to avoid relegation.

Our final conclusion based on the current England League table is that Leicester, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are going to fight hard for the title.
